Challenge in Writ Petition No.14618 of 2025 is to the order dated 17 April 2025 passed by the Trial Court directing the Petitioners to give inspection of the original/certified copies of documents as enumerated in the order. Mr. Dhakephalkar, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that the inspection as katkam Page No.

k 2/2 38 wp 14618.25 46 as.doc envisaged in the order dated 17 April 2025 shall be given to the Plaintiff within a period of two weeks. In that view of the matter, nothing survives to be adjudicated in Writ Petition No.14618 of 2025. 2.
So far as Writ Petition No.2882 of 2026 is concerned, Ms. Cheema, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Petition in view of willingness expressed by the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.14618 of 2025 to give inspection. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn. 3.
