Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, and upon instructions from respondents, makes a statement that the said representation would be decided within a period of three months from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to decide said representation dated 04.10.2023/24.01.2024 within a period of three months from today.
