The learned Advocate for the Corporation submits, on instructions, that the proceedings in which the Petitioner is participating, are still not concluded. A fresh notice of hearing would be issued to the Petitioner and his grievance would be considered by following the due procedure laid down in law.

Let a reasoned order be passed after the hearing in the matter is concluded, within a period of 30 days thereafter and a copy of Gayatri Shimpi

If a cause of action between the Petitioner and Respondent No.2, as regards the right, title and interest in the writ land assumes the character of disputed issues, the Petitioner would be at liberty to file a Civil Suit before the Civil Court for the redressal of its grievance.
