The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to Respondent No. 2 - the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar, to decide the proposal dated 21.07.2025 submitted by Respondent No. 6 - the Sarpanch, Grampanchayat, Malkup, Taluka Parner, for the appointment/regularization of the services of the petitioner 2.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent No.1 and learned advocate Mr. Avinash Aghav waives service of notice for respondents No.2 and 3. Upon instructions from respondent No.2, learned advocate Mr. Aghav makes a statement that the said proposal would be decided within a period of four (4) weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 21.07.2025 submitted by respondent No.6 filed by the petitioner dated 22.10.2024 within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.
