Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents No.1 and 2, and upon instructions from respondent No.2, makes a statement that the said application would be decided within a period of two (6) months from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the application dated 02.11.02022 within a period of six (6) months from today.
