Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 to decide proposal of petitioner dated 09.06.2025 within a period 30 days. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Since the matter is pending before respondent No.2, upon instructions, learned AGP submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight weeks. We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the said proposal within a period of eight weeks.
