The petition seeks directions to respondent No.1 to decide the revision application filed by petitioner and pending before the Minister for Co-operation, Maharashtra State, Mumbai and further to hear and decide the stay application.

Learned AGP informs the Court that revision application will be decided by the concerned Minister within a period of four months, however, learned Advocate for petitioner makes a prayer that prior to deciding the

Accordingly, learned Minister for Co-operation may take up and decide the revision application within a period of four months, but prior to that the stay application be decided within a period of four weeks from today. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
