Present petition has been filed for directing respondent No. 2 Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune to decide the proposal dated 17.04.2025 submitted by the Management for grant of approval of the transfer of petitioner from partially aided to aided post. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submitted that the said proposal is now required to be forwarded to Commissioner, Education, State of Maharashtra. In view of directions of Government orders which came into force in November, 2025, he submits that the respondent No. 2 would forward those proposals to the said authority within a period of one week.

Though the Commissioner, Education, is not a party to these 921-WP-14643-2025.odt

proceedings, yet it could be seen that the proposals are pending since long because of the internal arrangement in the Government. Now, those proposals would be required to be forwarded to commissioner. Under such circumstance, we direct the Commissioner, Education, State of Maharashtra to decide the proposal dated 17.04.2025 which would be forwarded within a week by respondent No. 2 to whom to be decided within a period of 8 weeks thereafter.

In respect of prayer clause 'C', the proposal dated 15.06.2022 for inclusion the name of the petitioner in Shalarth ID is stated to be pending with respondent No. 3. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No. 3 and also submits that the said proposal would also be decided within a period of eight weeks. Therefore, in respect of prayer clause 'C', we direct respondent No. 3 to decide the same within a period of eight weeks from today.
