The present petition has been filed for issuing directions to respondent - Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to hear and decide the representation of the petitioner as per the Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024, seeking transfer at the convenient place. 2.

Issue notice. The learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 - State. Mr. Dheple, learned advocate waives notice for respondent No. 4 - Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, and upon oral instructions from Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, he makes a statement that the representation of the petitioner proposed to be decided within a period of 30 days from today.

We take the said statement as undertaking to the Court and dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent - Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to decide the representation taking into consideration the Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024, within a period of 30 days.
