Present petition has been filed to give directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the proposal dated 18.07.2025 for including the name of petitioner in Shalarth Pranali and to provide Shalarth ID within stipulated period.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3/State and upon instructions from respondent Nos.2 and 3 makes a statement that respondent Nos.2 and 3 would decide the proposal dated 18.07.2025 within a period of six weeks from today.
