Learned Advocate for the petitioner is producing the letter dated 14.01.2026 issued by Tahsildar, Wadwani to District Collector Beed, wherein it is stated that the encroachment made upon Government Gairan Land Gut No.656 situated at village Wadwani, Taluka Wadwani, District Beed has been removed. The said letter dated 14.01.2026 is taken on record by marking as Exhibit-'X'.

In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
