Learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 4 tenders a communication by respondent No.4. It is taken on record by marking as Exhibit-'X'. According to respondent No.4 certain documents are required to be submitted by the petitioner before the respondents would take further action.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner is supplied with the copy of Exhibit-'X'. He submits that the petitioner would submit those documents within a period of two weeks from today.

If those documents are supplied, then respondent No.4 to undertake the further process. Thereafter, the respondents to decide the said proposal within a period of two months, after the receipt of documents as per Exhibit-'X'.
