Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P for the State.

By this petition, the only relief sought for by the petitioner is a direction the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the petitioner's Application-cum-Objection dated 16th July, 2025 (Exhibit-B to the 1/3

petition) in an application seeking registration of M/s. Polite Buildcon in 'Form A' filed by the respondent Nos.4 to 13. 3.

The petitioner states that he has to give an opportunity of hearing before considering the applications filed by the respondent Nos. 4 to 13.

At the outset, we may note that whether or not the petitioner ought to be heard or not, is to be decided by the concerned authority and as such, we will not go into the same, whether the petitioner has a right to be heard or not. As far as the direction to decide the petitioner's Application-cum-Objection dated 16th July, 2025 is concerned, we request the authority to decide the said application alongwith all other applications in which the petitioner has filed the application, on its own merits, in accordance with law. 5.

Petition is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 2/3

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioner's Application-cum-Objection filed before the respondent Nos.1 and 2/Authorities and that, the authorities to decide the said application on its own merits, in accordance with law. 7.

Needless to state, that all contentions of all parties, on merits, are kept open.
