The learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions obtained from his client, who is personally present before this Court submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, Dy. Registrar has passed final order dated 9th September 2025 which has gone against his client.

In view of above, he be granted leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to assail the order dated 9th September 2025 by taking up all legally tenable grounds. The prayer appears to be reasonable and hence, the same is allowed.
