In this petition, it is submitted that a limited prayer is made for a direction to the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai, to dispose of a pending appeal at the earliest. This Court is further informed that a similar writ petition bearing Writ Petition No. 14700 of 2025 is to come up before this Court on 30th March 2026. Due to paucity of time, the petition could not be taken up for consideration today.

Hence, it is directed that this writ petition along with Writ Petition No. 14700 of 2025 shall be taken up on 30th March 2026, under the caption 'For Directions.'
