Mr. Rohaan Cama, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has moved this Writ Petition on the ground of urgency. He states that the Respondents have been served and undertakes to file Affidavit of Service in the course of the day. 2.
Although, the learned Counsel appears for Respondent No.1, the main contesting party Respondent No.3 - Union Bank of ------------------------------------------------- Order dated December 4, 2025

As a last chance to the Respondent No.3 - Union Bank of India as well as Respondent No.2, we stand over the present Writ Petition.

The Advocate for the Petitioner shall serve notice of this Order on Respondent Nos.2 and 3. We make it clear that in the event the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 do not make an appearance on the next date, the present Writ Petition shall be taken in their absence. 5.
Affidavit of Service shall be filed by the Petitioner prior to the next date.
6.
Writ Petition shall be placed for consideration on 11th December, 2025 on the supplementary board.
