Mr. Pradeep Mane, the learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 has sought time to file Affidavit in Reply to the Petition. The Respondent No.2 shall file Affidavit in Reply to the Petition on or before 5th January, 2026.

The Petitioners shall file their Affidavits in Rejoinder to the Affidavits in Reply filed by the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 on or before 11th January, 2026.

The statement recorded in paragraph 4 of the Order dated 16th December, 2025 shall continue to operate till the next date.

Writ Petition shall be placed for further consideration on 12th January, 2026, high on board.
