Heard learned Advocate for petitioner. Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent Nos.3 to 5 to decide the representation of petitioner dated 08.08.2025 for conducting detail inquiry regarding alleged illegalities and irregularities in committing affairs of village Panchayat Waghadu, Tq. Chalisgaon, Dist. Jalgaon.

It appears that petitioner has already taken certain action under the Right to Information Act. He has received or the order at least has been given for supply of documents to him. Now, if at all the petitioner is of the

14_WP_14760_2025 opinion that some illegalities or irregularities have been committed, then a specific complaint should be made by him to the appropriate authority and it cannot be in general. Documents also show that he had made application to various authorities which he calls it as 'representation' that certain persons from Grampanchayat had opposed him and given humiliating treatment. If at all any such incident had happened, then the petitioner was at liberty to approach the police authorities. The representation by petitioner is vague and, therefore, when disinclination is shown to grant the relief to petitioner, learned Advocate for petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authorities as per the provisions of law. In view of said statement, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
