Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. Learned Counsel, however, submits that having regard to the fact that the suit has been instituted in the year 2016 and the nature of the controversy between the parties, the hearing of the suit be expedited. 3.

In the context of the core dispute that has arisen between the parties the prayer for expeditious hearing of the suit appears justifiable. 4.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Learned Civil Judge, Jr. Division, Uran, seized with RCS No.63 of 2016, is requested to hear and decide the said suit as expeditiously as possible, and, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
