Present petition has been filed for expediting the proceedings in Regular Civil Suit No.84 of 2018 pending before the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Kalamnuri, District Hingoli. 2.

Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner.

We are not going into the merits of the matter, however, perusal of the roznama would show that the plaintiff i.e. the present petitioner is remaining absent on so many occasions. If the parties cooperate then the Courts would definitely take up their matters and dispose it of on their own merits. The person who is not cooperating the Court cannot ask for expeditious disposal of the matter. Now also if the petitioner undertakes [1]

924-wp-14777-2025.odt that he would remain present and cooperate with the Court, then definitely the Court will take up the matter. No doubt, the matter is old i.e. more than five years old and, therefore, there are directions from this Court for expeditious disposal of such cases. We hope and trust that the concerned Court will adhere to the instructions on the administrative side. No necessity to make the case time bound for disposal. 4.

Writ petition stands dismissed.
