By this Petition, the only relief pressed for by the learned counsel for the Petitioners is, prayer clause (a). The said prayer clause reads thus :- "(a).

this Hon'ble court may be pleased to direct the District Judge - 2, Pune to decide Civil Miscellaneous Application No.351 of 2013, Civil Miscellaneous Application No.9 of 2014 and Civil Miscellaneous Application No.727 of 2015 within three months ;"

Perused the Petition. It appears that the aforesaid Civil 1/2

41-wp14805-25.doc Miscellaneous Applications are pending before the learned District Judge - 2, Pune since 2013, 2014 and 2015. Considering that the said Applications are pending for more than 10 years, we deem it appropriate to request to the learned District Judge - 2, Pune to decide all the aforesaid Applications within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

Needless to state, that we have not gone into the merits of the pending Applications and as such keep all contentions of all parties on merits open.

The Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 5.

All parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
