According to the Petitioners, they have been permitted to fill in 60 seats for three years LLB Course in the year 2025-26 pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 7th October, 2025. They are permitted to fill in those seats as per the schedule of admission provided for "institution level round" which ended on Digitally signed by RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date:
2025.10.30 21:09:26 +0530 8th October, 2025. However, they are able to fill in only 36 seats. It RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER is the contention of the Petitioners that still there are 24 seats 30th October 2025 Rajeshri Aher

It is their grievance that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the portal was open only for one hour, therefore, they could not fill in the 24 seats. Hence, they are seeking indulgence of this Court to allow them to fill in the deficit 24 seats.

Mr. Sameer Khedekar, learned advocate appearing for Respondent No. 1-CET Cell submits that the schedule of admission is already over on 10th October, 2025 and even the extended period which was upto 11th October, 2025 is over long back. Therefore, no such relief can be granted.

In view of the grievance of the Petitioners about the vacant seats, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 13th November, 2025.

Mr. Sameer Khedekar, waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.

Mr. Kakade, Addl. G.P. waives notice on behalf of Respondent No.2-State.
