Advocate Mr. Vinod Sangvikar, on instructions of Mr. Nilesh Wabale, Advocate who represents the Respondent states that, till Tuesday, 4th November 2025, the Respondent will not act upon the letter dated 27th October 2025 under which, the Circle Officer had called upon the parties to remain present today viz. on 31st October 2025 to reopen the road, stated to have been obstructed by the Petitioners herein. Statement is accepted.

In light of this statement, the Petitioner does not press for any urgent reliefs today and seeks leave to renew his request before the regular court. Leave is granted.
