At the outset, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to amend to delete the name of the Senior Police 1/3

Inspector from the array of Respondents. Accordingly, we grant leave to amend to the Petitioner to delete the name of the Senior Police Inspector.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith during the course of the day.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and after observing that prima facie the impugned order cannot be sustained in view of the mandate of Section 142(2) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949, learned AGP appearing for the Respondents states on behalf of the Respondent No.3 that the Respondent No. 3 will withdraw the impugned order dated 27.10.2025, latest by tomorrow.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.
