Mr. Karl Tamboly, learned Counsel appearing for Petitioners has sought time to file Affidavit-in-Rejoinder to the Affidavit-in-Reply filed by the Respondent No.2-Bank.

The Petitioners shall file their Affidavit-in-Rejoinder on or before 18th December 2025.

Place the Writ Petition 'High on Board' on 22nd December 2025.
