The petitioners are approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking various reliefs.

We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioners and in the course of arguments, it is submitted that the petitioners' Complaint (ULP) No.46 of 2010 was decided by the Industrial Court on 21.12.2022, against which the University has preferred Writ Petition No.5234 of 2023 before the Single Bench of this Court, and the same is pending. Learned advocate submits that there is no stay granted to the order of the Industrial Court in the said petition.

On perusal of the impugned order, we are of the opinion that reliefs as prayed in the petition cannot be granted, and therefore, on request of petitioners' advocate, we are permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to adopt appropriate remedy as available in law. 4.
