By the Vacation Court order dated 31st October 2025, the Respondent - Bank was directed not to take physical possession of the property / secured asset and if at all, the possession is taken, keys of the secured asset were to be deposited in this Court on 3rd November 2025. Pursuant thereto, the keys have been deposited in this Court by the Respondent - Bank.

Mr. Soman, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has sought leave to amend the Writ Petition by placing on record the impugned 1/2
903.WP-14946-2025.doc Ajay Jadhav Order dated 30th October 2025 passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT).

Leave is granted.

The Petitioner shall carry out amendment in the Petition which includes consequential prayer of the Writ Petition for bringing on record the order dated 30th October 2025 passed by the DRAT within a period of one week from today.

Re-verification is dispensed with.

Respondents shall file their Affidavit-in-reply to the Petition within a period of two weeks from today. The Petitioner is at liberty to file re-joinder within a period of one week thereafter. 7.
