The aforesaid petition was disposed of by order dated 6th November 2025 and is listed today for recording compliance. We are informed that the MTP of the petitioner has been carried out. Learned A.G.P has tendered the status update report given by Sir JJ Group of Hospitals evidencing the same. It appears that the child is presently in the NICU. SQ Pathan 1/2

A copy of the letter to that effect has been tendered by the learned A.G.P. The same is taken on record.
