Learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks from today.

Admittedly, this petition is covered by the decision of Coordinate Bench of this Court [Coram : S. V. Gangapurwala & Mangesh S. Patil, JJ.] in Mahadeo S/o Shankar Lokhande and Others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others; Writ Petition No. 8493 of 2019, and this Court has consistently followed the same view. 3.

In this view of the matter, Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause "C", which is as follows:

"By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in like nature. The Res. No. 4 & 5 may be directed to restore withdrawn benefits of additional increments for "Most Excellent/outstanding work" granted to the petitioner by order dt. 27/02/2009 with consequential benefits and fix revise six pay scale by adding additional increment and thereupon pay arrears to the petitioner."
