By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek the following reliefs: - "(a) this Court be pleased to, in exercise of its Writ jurisdiction, issue a Writ of Certiorari or a Writ in in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ to quash and set aside the technical disqualification of the Petitioner uploaded on 25th August 2025 (Exhibit J hereto) on the Website of the Respondent No. 2 in respect of the E-Tender Notice No. 01/2025-26 for the Project of Construction of Gabion Wall for Flood Protection on Waldevi & Darna River, Tal. Nashik, Dist. Nashik undertaken by the Respondent No. 1;

(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to, in exercise of its Writ jurisdiction, issue a Writ of Mandamus or a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ commanding the Respondent No. 2 to open the financial Bid submitted by the Petitioner in respect of the E-Tender Notice No. 01/2025-26 for the Project of Construction of Gabion Wall for Floor Protection on Waldevi & Darna River, Tal. Nashik, Dist. Nashik together with the bids of other bidder and to decide the same in accordance with the terms of the Tender."

Mr. Prithvi Aringale, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, Writ Petition No. 14955 of 2025 is dismissed as JAYANT VISHWANATH SALUNKE withdrawn.
