Nagar Haveli and Silvassa, stating therein that their nomination forms were filed on 17th October 2025, the scrutiny was conducted on 18th October 2025, and their nomination forms were rejected. The election polling date is scheduled for tomorrow, i.e., 5th November 2025. 2.
These Petitions were filed on 27th October 2025, and circulation was sought on 3rd November 2025. 3.
The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 submits that, notwithstanding the fact that a written order was offered to the Petitioners, which they refused to accept, a certified copy of the rejection orders shall be served on the Petitioners within 15 days by Speed Post/R.P.A.D. at the addresses mentioned in the cause title of both the Petitions. Respondent No. 1 shall serve the certified copies of the said orders and such documents which are legally permissible to be served upon the candidates whose nomination forms have been rejected. 4.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners may prefer an Election Petition.
