Considering the limited nature of grievances and relief prayed for in the writ petition, we grant two weeks time to learned AGP to seek instructions and apprise this Court as to the timeline within which the appeal preferred by the Petitioner under Section 23(2) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 can be disposed of by the Respondent No.2.
