Mr Ghadigaonkar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that as directed in the order dated 10th November 2025, the Petitioner was unable to file Additional Reply and serve copy of the same on the learned AGP due to death in the family and, therefore, prays a week's time to file the Additional Affidavit by serving copy on the learned AGP. Prayer allowed. 3.
