DATE : 7th March 2026 P.C.:- 1) A perusal of record, coupled with the arguments advanced on behalf of the Respondents-Authorities, prima facie gives an impression to us that, all the Authorities established and functioning under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 are attempting to shuttle the Petitioner from one table to another and are expecting him to produce certain record of the concerned Society which he doesn't possess. 2) It further prima facie appears to us that, the concerned Authorities, apparently with a view to shirk their responsibility, are merely indulging in addressing letters after letters to various Authorities and/or Digitally signed by SUMEDH NAMDEO SONAWANE Date:
