2.
This petition has been filed for a limited purpose of seeking direction to the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe expeditiously which is pending before the Scrutiny Committee since 30.09.2025. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to pendency of the said tribe claim, the respondent No.3/ employer is not paying the regular honorarium to the petitioner.
(2) 952- W. P. 14999-2025.odt 4.
Learned counsel for respondent No.3 would submit that the said payment is not withheld on account of nonsubmission of validity certificate, but for obvious reason. 5.
Be that as it may, we find that since the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 30.09.2025, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. 6.
With these directions, the petition stands disposed of, (ABASAHEB D. SHINDE) (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE JUDGE YSK/
