Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for the respondent No.10 requested for two weeks' time to file a reply. 3.
Mr. Jahagirdar, learned Senior Advocate during the course of the hearing submitted on instructions that the petitioners would be satisfied for the present if the respondent No.13 i.e.
Assistant Director, Thane Municipal Corporation is directed to decide the representation dated 27/06/2025 at Exhibit "O" and the representation dated 08/07/2025 at Exhibit "P" by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

Having gone through the memo of the petition and having heard learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners and the respondents, we are satisfied that the relief in terms of the submissions made by the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners would serve the interest of justice. The petitioners to appear before the respondent No.13 on 07/04/2026 at 11:00 a.m. Accordingly, the respondent No.13 is directed to decide the representations dated 27/06/2025 at Exhibit "O" and the representation dated 08/07/2025 at Exhibit "P" by giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners expeditiously and in any event within a period of six weeks from 07/04/2026. The reliefs in terms of the other prayer clauses are kept open. 5.
All contentions of either parties are kept open to be agitated in the appropriate proceedings if the occasion so arise.

The writ petition is disposed of.
