This Writ Petition has been placed along with Writ Petition No. 14993 of 2025. The properties of which possession has been taken are the properties which are mortgaged and in respect of which SARFAESI action has been taken by Respondent No. 1. SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT 2.

Considering that by order dated 24th October 2025 Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

2025.11.10 17:03:59 +0530 passed in Writ Petition No. 14993 of 2025, the Respondent No. 1 has 1/2

903-WP-15024-25.doc been directed not to take physical possession of the subject property until 14th November 2025, the same protection requires to be granted in the present Writ Petition.

By order dated 22nd October 2025 (as corrected by order dated 24th October 2025) passed in the above Writ Petition, protection has been granted only till 7th November 2025. 4.

Accordingly, protection granted is extended till 14th November 2025 and Respondent No. 1 shall not take possession until 14th November 2025.

The above Writ Petition shall be placed along with Writ Petition No. 14993 of 2025 on 14th November 2025 on the Supplementary Board.
