The limited grievance of the Petitioner is about not deciding the validity proceeding pending before Respondent No. 2/The Scheduled Tribe Certificate Verification Committee, Kinwat. 2.

The Petitioner has now received a notice dated 05.12.2025 from her employer as to why her services shall not be terminated for not producing the tribe validity certificate.

This Court finds that a case is made out by the Petitioner to direct the Scheduled tribe Certificate Verification Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner within stipulated period. Hence,the following order :-

ORDER

(I) Writ Petition is partly allowed.

(ii) Respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the tribe verification proposal dated 10.10.2022 within a period of four months from today.

(iii) Till such period, no action be taken by Respondent No. 3. this protection is restricted only till Respondent No. 2 decides the validity proceeding.
