The Petitioner has approached this Court against the order passed by the learned Member, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, refusing to grant interim relief. The Petitioner is suspended from service and there is no stay granted.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that though good points were raised for consideration and those are reflected in the order, however, there is no discussion or reasoning given by the learned Tribunal.

This Court finds that this is not a final order where this court need to see the process of passing the order. This Court, therefore, naturally be slow in interfering with the interim order of such nature. It is open for the Petitioner to pursue the learned Member, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal to dispose of the Original Application as earlier as possible. It does appear that certain arguable points are made out on merit. However, those are to be decided finally by the learned Tribunal. In the peculiar facts, this Court finds that the Petition can be disposed off with a request to the learned Tribunal to decide the Original Application within stipulated period.

In view of above, the Petition is disposed off with a request to the learned Tribunal to decide the Original Application No. 1227/25 by the end of February 2026.
