This Writ Petition has been placed for compliance pursuant to the order dated 10 December 2025. By the said order, the Residential Naib Tehsildar, Haveli, Pune was directed to take physical possession of the mortgaged property as scheduled on 26 December 2025 at 9.00 a.m. and the Superintendent of the local police station having jurisdiction over the mortgaged property was directed to provide police assistance. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that Residential Naib Tehsildar, Haveli, Pune has taken physical possession of the mortgaged property as scheduled on 26 December 2025 at 9.00 a.m. and accordingly the said order dated 10 December 2025 has been complied with. She has tendered the compliance affidavit dated 5 January 2026 showing compliance of the said order which is taken on record. Shubham 1/2

The learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that the necessary documents evidencing taking of possession of the secured asset will be provided to the Petitioner. The statement is noted. 4.
