1. The Corporation shall make a statement as to when would the order of promotion dated 13th January 2022, be implemented, considering the long passage of time and the inactivity on the part of the Corporation.

2. Stand over to 9th January, 2026 for 'Dictation of Order'.

The learned Advocate for the Corporation submits, on instructions from the General Administration Department, that the said order of promotion dated 13th January, 2022 would be Gauri Gaekwad

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that the Petitioners are satisfied. 4.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off by recording the above statement.
