Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 2.
The learned Counsel for the Petitioners on instructions seeks to withdraw the Petition and file a fresh Affidavit in Support of the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Application for grant of permission to alienate the property of the minor ward under Section 8 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.05.07 09:14:55 +0530 1956, in the light of the reasons ascribed in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the impugned order.

Since the Application was uncontested and the Petitioners intend to supplement the grounds for grant of permission by filing an appropriate Affidavit and documents, the impugned order dated 8th April 2025 stands quashed and set aside.

The Application No. 98 of 2025 stands remitted back to the Court of the learned District Judge for a fresh determination. 5.
The father of the minor shall file an Affidavit before the learned District Judge in regard to the guardianship of the ward and the properties.

The Petitioners are permitted to file an Additional Affidavit and documents in support of the Application.
7.
Petition disposed.
8.
Parties shall appear before the learned District Judge on 15th June 2026.
