Therefore, notice be issued in this Writ Petition as well and the matters be heard together. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 06.01.2026. The learned AGP waives notice for the Respondent No. 5-State. The Court notice be issued to the remaining Respondents. Petitioner to furnish copy to the Registry for issuance of the notice. 3.

List the matter on 06th January 2026 alongwith Writ Petition No. 15336 of 2025.
