Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.1 to grant, approve and release the consequential benefits a/w interest of CASAL-14 Stage promotion to petitioner as per the approval issued by respondent No.3 - University, within a period 15 days.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1. Since the matter is pending before respondent No.1, upon instructions, learned AGP submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight weeks. We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.1 to decide the said proposal within a period of eight weeks.
