Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.3 to decide the proceedings Sanchika No.2020/Jama-2/Mamlatdar/Kavi- as expeditiously as possible and within a time bound period. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Since the matter is pending before respondent No.3, upon instructions, learned AGP submits that the said proceedings would be decided within a period of three months. We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.3 to decide the said proceedings within a period of three months.
