ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioners is that they are women teachers and who are transferred to difficult area contrary to the Government Resolution dated 15.02.2018.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners has relied upon decisions of this Court passed in Writ Petition No.3995/2023 and connected Writ Petitions, at Principal Seat of this Court in Writ Petition No.2490/2021 and at Principal Seat of this Court in Writ Petition No.5456/2025 and connected Writ Petitions.

Learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the petitioners have given preferences on the basis of which they are now transfered and therefore, they are not entitled for any relief. 4.

The petitioners have made representations to the Chief Executive Officer. By Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024, Government has reviewed policy of transfer of Zilla Parishad teachers.

15103.2025WP.odt Clause 5.10 provides that if the transfer is irregular then the complaint in that behalf should be made to the Chief Executive Officer, which shall be placed before the Committee of Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, General Administration Department, Education Officer (Primary) and who shall decide the complaint application within 30 days.

In the aforesaid backdrop, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the Respondent No.3 Chief Executive Officer to take decision on the said representation dated 09.10.2024 by keeping in mind the Government Resolutions dated 15.02.2018 and 18.06.2024 as well as the decisions relied upon by the petitioners.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
