We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. Further in view of our order dated 07.03.2026, he has filed the pursis and also the Notification issued by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology dated 13.11.2025.

Upon queries, when in all 31 banks have been made as party respondents and the petitioner intends to invoke the powers of this Court under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, wherein private banks are also the respondents, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with appropriate pleadings in that respect and also to add Reserve Bank of [1]

We find the technical defect prima facie and, therefore, allow the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty as prayed. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
