1) By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks in prayer clause (c), quashing and setting aside of the Order dated 1st November 2025, passed by the Respondent No.1-Returning Officer and Deputy Charity Commissioner. As far as other relief is concerned, i.e. the relief sought in prayer clause (b), learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press the said relief. He, however, seeks liberty to take appropriate steps vis-a-vis the said relief before the appropriate forum. Accordingly, liberty is RvC 1/2

2) Ms. Pooja Patil, learned A.G.P., on instructions of Mr. Ashfaque Khan on behalf of the Returning Officer, Mr. Rahul Dhavan (Deputy Charity Commissioner), states that the letter/order dated 1st November 2025, will be withdrawn forthwith. Statement accepted. 3) In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition. The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed.
