Be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other writ or directions in the like nature directing the respondent no. 3 to submit the report as per order dated 26/06/2025, which is at Exhibit "B".

The learned AGP waives notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and upon instructions from Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, he states that the Respondent No.3 has given a report to Tahsildar and the Tahsildar has forwarded it to the Collector. He submits that, Respondent No. 1 - Collector would take appropriate decision in accordance with the said report within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. 3.

In view of the above statement made by the learned AGP, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
