This matter was not on board. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner cited a grave urgency in the backdrop of the earlier order dated 7th November, 2025. The Statutory Appeal preferred by the Petitioner before Respondent No. 3, is pending and the said Authority is not deciding the same. The difficulties of the Petitioner have been escalated on account of Respondent No. 1 mounting pressure on the Petitioner to deposit the property tax bill ( घरपट्टी करबिल). He prays for a direction to Respondent No. 3 to decide the pending Appeal within time frame and dispose off this Petition. Hence, this matter was taken on the production Talwalkar

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions. We direct Respondent No. 3 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and deal with the pending appeal preferred by the Petitioner dated 25/8/2025, strictly in accordance with the procedure applicable and by granting reasonable opportunity to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 60 days from today.
